Return Policy – Retro Print Design

Thank you for shopping with retroprintdesign.com. At Retro Print Design, we want you to feel confident and happy with every purchase you make from our collection of vintage-inspired prints and beautifully designed products. We understand that shopping online is not always the same as seeing an item in person, and we want to make sure you have a positive experience from beginning to end. This Return Policy explains the general principles behind how we handle returns and exchanges, so you know what to expect if something is not quite right.

Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction

Customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do at Retro Print Design. We carefully curate our collection to reflect our love of traditional print, timeless style, and thoughtful design, and we want you to love what you receive. If, for any reason, a product does not meet your expectations, we are here to help. Our team is committed to working with you to find a fair and satisfactory solution.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns of items that are in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact. To help us process your request smoothly, we ask that you let us know about any issue as soon as possible after receiving your order. Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for return. We encourage you to inspect your order carefully upon arrival so that any concerns can be addressed promptly.

How to Start a Return

If you would like to return an item, please reach out to our team through the options available on retroprintdesign.com. We will guide you through the process and explain what information we need from you. Clear communication helps us handle your request quickly and efficiently, and we are always happy to answer any questions you may have along the way. Our goal is to make the return process as simple and stress-free as possible.

Exchanges

If you have received an item and would prefer a different design, pattern, or product from our collection, we are happy to discuss an exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability, and we recommend contacting us as soon as possible so we can help you find an alternative that you will love. Our collection features many complementary pieces, and we are always glad to help you discover something that suits your taste.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in preparing and packing every order, but if you believe you have received an item that is damaged or incorrect, please let us know right away. We will work with you to resolve the issue and make things right. Your trust matters to us, and we want to ensure that every interaction with Retro Print Design leaves you feeling valued and cared for.

Refunds

Once a return has been received and reviewed, we will process your request in line with our policy. We aim to handle refunds promptly and transparently, and we will keep you informed throughout the process. If you have any questions about the status of your return or refund, our team is always available to provide an update and offer assistance.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return for hygiene, safety, or other practical reasons. Where this applies, we will make the relevant information clear so you can make an informed decision before purchasing. We encourage you to review product details carefully and to reach out to us with any questions before placing your order.
